    Hello, I noticed that the connecting pipe from the oil cap to the air filter was blocked. Could that have caused a higher pressure forcing oil through another outlet?

    The error stated that idling is higher than usual. Then there were some transmission errors as well

    I am asking whether the inability of air to go through the air-intake pipe could be a contributing factor?

    Blocked intake pipe would result in the lower idling. But doesn't explain the oil leak. The oil seal could have failed if the engine was trying get air from other sources, so it would be a result of too little pressure, but then, the engine would be less powered and/or not start.
