He is doing well. Maybe ako na njia zingine amabzo sijui za kutafuta pesa. When he got the job alijenga nyumba na akanunua gari within 2 years of the job. Maybe its a loan ama ni mtu amejipanga.

Hope this will help young people to make better career choices.Hii mambo ya kila mtu kufanya business courses sijui BA,BCom,MBA etc etc ipungue!
Better off doing a technical course,even a diploma,and if you don’t get employment,you can start your own business.Kuna shortage ya technical people sana eg electricians,plumbers etc etc.

KCB and other banks can get away with this abuse of workers because there are thousands of jobless, newly minted graduates eager to replace any complainers.

In corporate Kenya, ukiingia one company try your best to look for another job at another place after kitu one year or so. That is how you bump up your salary. Ukiishi kwa one company five years hakuna kule utaenda. You move, and quote higher, that is the secret. That is how people move into the six figure range, hawawezi kukupa 26 K then they revise it to 50K or so in two years. sahau. Ukienda nkuongelesha HR utapewa majina kama “You have not shown any personal or unique initiative to warrant such a pay rise” tsk tsk.

Bingo! Changing jobs/companies is the fastest way to revise your salary upwards.

Guys who overstay in one company are always disgruntled when they see a new face being hired at astronomical salaries. The HR department will always pay a premium for experienced new blood/perspective. Most people walianzia kule hawa wanalalamikia.
