Sound more like a loser mentality. Kukosa job ni sawa, but thinking that you need connections is just being a loser. You dont need connections to work online…it takes hard work, learning skills daily…hakuna shortcut. You have to put in the work in IT, have to self study and be good at something. There is nothing like ICT graduate anymore, you have to be good at something specific in ICT. Jobs ziko kwa wingi world over for tech it is your guy who wants jobs za kuconnectiwa coz he lacks skills to compete.
