So this friend was boarding the company bus. They briefly argued over a seat with a certain lady. As a result the lady was to move to an adjacent seat. My friend thought she had moved and slumped on the seat only to realize the lady had not moved and so he accidentally/unintentionally sat on her.
The lady over-reacted sana (ni mtu wa drama), escalated matters and reported the fellow for sexual harrasment.
Unfortunately, HRM has had personal issues with my pal and seems determined to fix him.
