Patty the most important question you have to answer for yourself is if this is in anyway gazetted public/government land.

Because of you course know that if you build your nice house there then later you learn that the land was meant for a mortuary or Ruto's new hotel si unajua kitaumana vibaya sana e.g Syokimau demolitions :




You have to do your own very thorough and independent research don't rush in and then cry later!!
