Deputy President William Ruto claims that the Supreme Court executed a coup by ruling in favour of NASA based on technicalities .
According to Ruto, the Supreme Court ignored the evidence contained in the ballot boxes and instead, ruled on the illegalities that were committed by the IEBC .
During the ruling on Friday, September 1, the Supreme Court did not tie the president-elect with any rigging claims and instead ruled on the evidence presented against the IEBC.

Ok kelele mingi and we all know that just to annul the election you have to question credibility of iebc…ballot papers mikononi ya raia who are not even iebc staff…mombasa, dagorreti and many more were just a classic example of how the commission was corrupt and inept.
Then munasema SCOK ni wakora…justify the cases of ballot papers and iebc material caught by wanainchi first. Ni ngapi hazikushikwa?
If same would happen on the 27th or whatever date…just be ready for another court defeat.
it seems that now, the more realistic naswans have accepted that there was no adequate reason advanced for the nullification by the judges. but now they have shifted the blame to the respondent lawyers forgetting that in a televised proceeding that can easily be retrived, Mr Ngatia highlited the discrepancy in the report on forms aand was clear that the copies he had had all the requisite features. the judges chose to ignore all the responses from respondents and took the applicants assertions as the gospel truth.
no amount of excuses will take away the very criminality of this judgement. nor will any attempt to shift blame from the judges work
