ku repair ni expensive than replacing with a new one. Acha shocks akuelezee deeper in terms of concrete bonds and stuff.

No, once hiyo reinforcing mesh imekatika itahitaji iwe lapped before casting ifanyike. Then vile @byro amedai bonding new concrete to old surfaces hu create weak point hapo, unaweza kutumia some bonding agents tho its just cheaper to bring a fresh pole
