they do grow next time unapita girigiri nakuru there is a breed(not sure how it is different from the ones in mombasa). once when i was doing landscaping for a certain billionea in tolo ruiru we used them lakini alikuwa ameziendea nakuru.
you have never seen them in nairo?

@Meria Mata they do gwata hata bara but zinajikokota. i think they need high temperatures ziko mpaka nanyuki.
i guess golden palms didnt disappoint

Golden palms did wonderfully, coconut i think i was not the first one to try in cendro coz of the mnazi.
The rift Valley is hot and humid, that’s why I think they grow there.

Hapana. Mimi department yangu ni Life Insurance. That falls under General insurance. Wata sort out na watu general. I doubt anyone even bothers to insure trains in the first place

It’s best if you look for seedlings that are already germinated and nurtured right up there. If you’d like to plant the seeds, since the seedlings will definitely cost some shillings, never bury them in the soil like we do for maize and beans!! Just make your nursery moist and leave them on top of the soil. Don’t cover them.

That’s what I did. Dug a hole and filled it with sand and planted these trees. I wl try again this rainy season ,
