Walevi wa whiskey river

Mataingi afunge bar zote za kiambu road

Mstaingi ni mnya gani

Don’t drink and drive fellas. It might sound like a cliche, but every night we see these fully avoidable accidents especially from new car owners.

Walevi aje na ni Uber Hio, labda ni hio battery ya hybrid iliburst Gari ikakosa mwelekeo.

Kwani unapiga picha na calculator?

Hata io Audi ni Uber?

Alcohol detected.

gari ilikosa mwelekeo,Audi ikaingia mpangoni ¯_(ツ)_/¯.

Don’t know how many times we shall preach this message. This is so wrong. When I am home, siingi gari ya mtu who has wet his lips na pombe. But then again, I could be in a taxi and we meet the mad drink and drive revellers on the road. What to do? And I do not drive in Kenya after niliguza mtu on the road.

4 deaths affect me profoundly.

  1. 2 young Uni Kenyan students died in a car crash as one Kenyan boy drove them home(drunk). He was jailed for a long time. Here.
  2. A white grandma went to pick a grandchild from school and this drunk guy veered off the road and killed both of them. Taimagini…that loss…
  3. Many other deaths in my family…huko kwa bypasses. Which my mum calls passerby kikikikiki and she does not know why we laugh…atee haha passerby?

Waah, that’s grim.

I tell you, am so scared of touching alcohol and a wheel. Siwezi. And this explains why we drink in our local pubs…walk home…or take the tubes, the trains and night buses or uber.
Lost count of how many Kenyans that I know who are banned from driving.

That’s great, Unfortunately many people drink alot while they are to drive, saying gari inajua home. The furck??
