I propose you introduce a dislike button on threads and replies.
Also introduce a better user interface for any video uploaded. I would prefer a user interface same as sharing a link of a video from another website which makes it easier to play video without directing the user to another window

Some villagers like @digi need to be downvoted to oblivion with his 2000 threads per hour. Also a karma/reputation system would be great so NVs think twice before engaging in insults.
That said the odds of @mod doing anything about it are slim. At best tutarushiwa a new theme never requested and not wanted.
