There was a doctor on tv who was saying after all deductions plus loan repayments he Nets 48k. Then went ahead to display school fee structures of his three kids. Must have been 72k*3 for term one. I thought mhhh (will leave the rest of my thoughts private)

Did you see how Mpigs were united to pass ammendments kwa election laws and yet their electors are dying in hospitals ? What wrong did we do God ?

AKUHN only imports doctors from AKH Karachi. It did 2years ago and only imports foreign specialists or sources Kenyan-born specialists serving abroad.
Specialists earn per procedure in the tunes of millions by day at the expense of GPs who earn a monthly pay while doing all the messy work.
The sole aim of residency programme at AKUHN is cheap labour. Carrot and stick affair pegged at residency and sponsored fellowship. It’s very expensive to pay doctors who will run a hospital full time, KNH and MTRH operate by that principle- trainee employee.
I think its time doctors examined their lives. Patriotism never pays bills.
