Air conditioning Syndrome

I have been in Mombasa for an assignment for the last one week. Now I have started feeling dizzy and weak. I suspect this could due to air conditioning. I have been sleeping with AC on through the night. I also have the air condition on during the day. Anyone who have experienced the same before?

jamaa enda upewe quinine

AC can cause chest issues

Pia Mimi nikiishi pale Tudor I used to have headache but vile nilianza kukunywa more water hio shida iliisha.

I get the same feeling but not from a.c. but the fan.

That happened to me the first time I travelled to Coasto. Lakini hio ya dizziness siku experience.

Long-term stay in the air-conditioned room causes common symptoms such as dizziness, weakness, fatigue, memory loss , we call them the brain imbalances, these symptoms are temporary and reversible, if suffers leave the air conditioning environment, the symptoms can be improved.

Friend this is the price of comfort you have to pay for everything ) okay that was a joke  but to the truth this is present particularly in hot countries, in principle not only, I would say anywhere where it gets hot, everyone’s been through it and in this no one is to blame nor the manufacturers of air conditioners nor [COLOR=“BLACK”]aircon service company, the only reason is the sharp temperature changes. So that this does not happen again just try to make sure that the temperature is moderate and that your body does not experience sudden changes and then everything will be fine and you will forget about this syndrome
