I swapped my Airtel 3G line for the 4G line which waa introduced lately and I gotta say Airtel still have a long way to go. First of all their 4G is not stable like that of Safaricom switching between 4G and 3G anyhowly. The second thing ni ati unaeza kuwa on 4G alafu network inapotea tu once ivo. Speeds do vary from time to time. But its still good since it gives you a cheaper alternative to enjoy the 4G network.
Airtel is not a network. They complain juu ya safcom but safcom is always always innovating.
Innovate or die. Airtel somehow live on the complain-and-survive rule.

Nimejaribu network mingi sana. be it airtel orange/telkon. everything. I end up letting the lines expire. I even realised that having a dual sim phone ni kujisumbua bure. I only try to boycott mpesa when i can. kuna watu hunichooocha airtel. nanunua sim. lakini speed joh? nadhani kuna watu wanapenda maisha duni . like they think its a virtue and that somehow it brings progress. i have studied older folk that behave that way. hakuna kitu wako nayo hata hivo.
hawa watu wanasifu airtel ni wale ni heri aclick alafu aweke simu kwa mfuko ataangalia ikiload baadaye juu net ni free, istead abuy data ya maana abrowse comfortably. it is for the same reason people who prefer tiny cars think that the ones with big ones are foolish.
