Anyhoo, no need for the video. Recruitment of informants and infiltration of organised groups operates on very basic principles i.e.
1. Money -Chedda, mullah, dough, bread, chapaa...... (No need to say more, check the flow). People will willingly sell their mother for the right price. Just look at Rt. Hon. Tinga Agwambo for instance.
2. Ideology: Hii ni ile you prey on a person's vulnerability with regards to political, social or religious beliefs i.e.identity based recruitment. What motivates people to join Intel especially the security one with infiltration and covert operations like CIA and NIS. That shit is scary. However our current Spy Chief seems to be doing a good job from both the economic and security side. We have not experienced any serious terrorist attack oflate plus he is the guy that unearthed the latest NYS scandal.
