yep blame galore. for the past 8 years the national assembly has just been rubber stamping whatever the executive wanted, the cs treasury also exempted uhuru bank from tax in the merger and no mp raised it in parliament yet everybody is supposed to pay taxes.
The mps were just collecting salaries and tenders.
no serious legislation like michuki laws or motutho laws were ever debated.
