Sad day for South African Rugby, didnt see this coming at all

The All Blacks puts a record score past the Springboks with a 57-0 win in Albany in the Rugby Championship on Saturday.

South Africa were woeful, but take nothing away from the home side who were full value for their eight-try victory which extends their lead at the top of the table.

New Zealand’s dominant win breaks the record for margin of victory over the Boks, which was set by their 57-15 win in Durban last year.

It was only the fifth time in the 94-Test history between the fierce rivals that the Springboks have been kept scoreless.

With the backline standing slightly deeper than they have in recent weeks, the All Blacks eliminated many of the handling errors that had been plaguing them.

It was a performance that showed when the All Blacks click there is a huge gulf between the first and third-ranked sides two years out from the next World Cup.
