BW Kamunge & Company Advocates has lodged a Petition for insolvency [Companies don’t file for bankruptcy] against Amarco because Amarco is unable to satisfy the Judgements that Mr Kamunge has obtained on behalf of his Clients against Amarco.

It is a way to force the Company to satisfy the Judgements.

It would be a different thing if Amarco voluntarily filed for Insolvency.

You’d be surprised how FEW Insurance Companies actually pay claims or judgements without threats or how many times lawyers have to result to petitioning for insolvency to force them to pay.
