Pesa ya manji hurudi tu kwa manji, build your wealth pole pole with a stable base…

What’s manji? Mind explain or expound further?

Ni kyau Kilinga?

Yet another scandal…a yawn inducing one. Why did Karume give powers to outsiders? did he not trust his family? Mind you all these men had more than one wife na wakashindwa kujipanga. Pia huku kwa Karume kuna watoto walevi sana leading lives on the v fast lane. He would really turn in his grave.
I would like to know how the Kenyatta assets have been distributed by the Iron Lady.

Yaani they did not give 2 hoots about what would happen after they left this world:mad:

But on a serious note…everyone should emulate Gachagua. He sub divided everything and said no-one should dispute his wishes. V admirable. So did our adopted son Bob Collymore.
Will and DNA are must dos in our present world.

Iwe funzo kwa wengine. Karume trusted his friends more than his children, how then will karumes friends trust or respect his children?

Karume wrote a will and appointed trustees to oversee the estate.
I think the trustees having been pulling a fast one on the family, although I must add that the kids, though very nice human being, are not the brightest.

Hiyo ya Gachagua is suspect, it doesn’t make sense, he did not sub divide he asked that ALL the properties be sold off with every one in the will getting a percentage. Real estate rarely realises its full value in a quick sale.
The funny thing is that the brother, rigathi and rigathi’s wife end up with 7%, how now?

No that is not true…

Hehehe . . . stop getting your news from the gutter press, :D:D:D Soma hapa halafu ununue pombe

do you care what happens when you are dead?

The Karume case is puzzling. He looked like one who’d left his affairs well arranged. He even has his sister among the trustees!

Why wait to your death? Senile old man. With African traits. You get to 60, you simply form a trust in that holds all your assets. And give your kids ownership percentage of that trust. Kid A 10%, Kid B 5%, Kid C 12%. You also maintain your percent which will be passed to Kid P when you die. You can state to liquidate everything at your death and pay the trust members according to percentage.

Mimi si mkamba, kuma yao ndio napenda zaidi…
