I don't think it's such a big deal, maybe just something the tabloids are pushing in the race to get clicks. First of all, the girl looks more caucasian than black, which is important, whether we want to admit it or not. If Prince Charles, the crown prince, married Camilla Parker Bowles after all that negative publicity, then this one will proceed smoothly.
Secondly, with Prince George's birth, Harry has been kicked further down in the line of succession (he claims he's never been interested in being king anyway). The only way he can become king right now is if Charles, William, George and Charlotte die in a plane crash and Queen Elizabeth dies of a heart attack after receiving this news
Thirdly, even the royal family cannot afford the backlash that might come with such a racist attitude. It might be good for PR purposes, to show the world how "diverse" they are. The only way I see it ending is if any one of them decide to end it.
Finally, f**k the monarchy, it needs to be done away with. Currently it's one of the most useless institutions in Britain.
