I have seen threads about Galana Kulalu, SGR and other corruption blah blah. Another issue that I wonder what Jubilee is planning on achieving anything with is this one week half term that has affected even day primary schools. It is just not helping. After sitting down with some teachers, they are complaining how raw most students are, and the moment unashika mita ya kufundisha then half term happens. When they resume on monday, there will be athletics competition and then exams. So you are left to wonder when are they expected to teach? Before then several were sent home for fees and they will still be sent as Jubilee has not submitted their funds to schools.
