Kwa Nation ya Saturday I read how KQ retrenched 8 Boeing 777 Pilots because they were discontinuing the Boeing 777 fleet. Hio ni ujinga ya hali ya juu. They should have redeployed them to other fleets considering that it costs an average of 6M to train a Pilot to the level of flying a Boeing 777.In addition, before covid 19 KQ was canceling flights because of not having enough crew.
Wali retrench the 8 Pilots wakachukuliwa wote na Ethiopian airlines na Emirates haraka upesi.
