The CEO or something used to be FEP chairman USA chapter . I know they are junk of all trades dealing all types of online platforms . He borrowed format for forming UBRICA from FEP.

It’s probably just another of these cryptocurrencies. They heard about the sucess of bitcoin and thought they could make their own.
