depends , outskirts of Berlin they prefer private cars. Huku ndani ndani ni 50/50 but most ni public transport.

Indiscipline on the roads especially in Nairobi is reaching alarming levels and matatus nowadays do their thing with impunity right in front of a traffic cop since they know they are powerless on account of the bribes they take daily.
I recently watched a cop begging a conda to open the door for him to enter the matatu and the conda refused and it was in slow moving traffic. The cop was left to follow the matatu, tap on the door with and shout fungua hapa till the matatu reached an open road and sped off. Real pathetic.
