This habit of his waiting until public outcry force him to act make it seem like he is not concerned. his crying helplesness is nonsense. he should sack people and let the courts reinstate them, then it will be very clear who is standing in the way of fighting corruption.
Also, uhuru put this thief there inspite of being well known to have been very corrupt during his time at nascop. so he should stop whining about helplessness and be the president!
