Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger
has refused to rule his side out of
the Premier League title race
despite being way off the pace so
early in the season.
While the Gunners have lost just
once this campaign, they are
already nine points behind
leaders Chelsea after as many
games.
However, the Frenchman insists
it’s too early to write off his side,
who last won the English top
flight ten years ago.
The 65-year old told reporters: "I
do not write ourselves off.
"That figure does not consider
who we have played or how many
games we have played away.
“I have a strong belief we will
come back and we can just prove
that on the pitch.”
