It’s mad Arteta has been in charge 14 months and apart from 2 games at start of this season he hasn’t improved Arsenal league position at all in fact it’s worse and they don’t even seem bothered. It seems arsenal is now content being a midfield team just like akina leeds, wolves and so'ton.
Leeds when they improve their defence will go ahead of arsenal

looking at it keenly, it's a dip in form to all the top clubs except City. Liverpool tried last two seasons, Chelsea is trying to maintain but the traditional top 6 are in a crisis.
other teams that take this opportunity will not only enjoy European football but might also win the EPL - Leicester.

For Arsenal and Man United, it will take a lot for them to get back to winning ways. not easy to replace great managers like Wenger and Fergi.

So United and Arsenal fans, it's going to be a rough 3-4 seasons ahead. Lets brace ourselves

You may be right to some extent but one thing is certain, the standards of football have really improved. The transfer market prices are inflated, especially when big clubs show interest in a player. Liverpool struggles have been predicted before, they need a refresh in that squad. Players with a renewed hunger in challenging for titles again. As for Man United and Arsenal the problem is mostly poor tactical acumen by their 'rookie' managers. Man U is even in a far worse position since they can always go into the transfer market with big money to spend. Arsenal have stingy owners who have very little, if any, interest in winning titles. They're for-profit owners with zilch interest in big sporting achievements.

As for Klopp, with poor results every decision he makes attracts with a lot of harsh criticism and scrutiny. And he seems to be on the road to falling out with the stars in his squad; particularly Salah after that controversial substitution against Chelsea while being in a losing position.

As for Jose Mourinho he has been trying to postpone his expired sell-by date. He has refused to evolve, and his explosive character that leads him to burn bridges with the clubs he falls out with will soon push him to reputational oblivion.

Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea will always be in a better position to recover and start a fresh as they have the willingness to pool resources. Arsenal, unless their owners abruptly wake up from the slumber of irrelevance and start to care about sporting success, they will have to contend with a mid table finish.
