Jubilee MPs are already mounting pressure on Ngunjiri to move forward with the petition. It has become a game of "wanaleta petition na sisi tunaleta".as Rao puts it during his campaigns
These Jubilee guys are just amazing, aren't they the ones who disowned Ngunjiri few weeks agon and pressured him to withdraw the petition. Now see.Playing safe at their own cost

They are clutching onto straws and fomenting another crisis in the SC so that if Mwitu, Lenaola and Maraga are on suspension due to the petitions then Njoki and Ojwan join them.........

And now about this IEBC........Chebukati's job is to hold credible elections and not act as the mediator in chief between the competitors. Infact there is no requirement or possibility that Uhuru and Raila have to agree on anything. Electoral laws are already in place so rather than wasting time he should ensure that IEBC is ready.

Conclusion: Jubilee are sore losers. In 2013, the SC threw out a petition on a technicality. Why didn't they amend laws to cover that? Ooh! I forgot. It was not necessary as they were to rule till 2032.

Correction, in 2013, SC failed to terminate elections on technicalities. What in articular is so bad about the amendments? Cite one amendment that puts any party at a disadvantage? Cite a single amendment that works against the fairness of elections?
