You are on the right path to enlightenment.. however, on jesus you are wrong, there is sufficient historical proof that jesus was there..the only issue with jesus is that the religious authors added a little bit too much salt to the story of his life, mostly copied from lives of other mythical figures.. alikuwa jamaa wa kawaida tuseme kama dr. owuor, no virgin birth, no resurrection, no miracles e.t.c but he was there and he had a major following and he indeed created conflicts with those ancient kings like Erode just as recorded in the Bible...

My question for you is, are you atheist or just irreligious... an atheist refuses to recognize any supreme being as God, whlile an irreligious one just refuses to agree with xtianity, islam, and all other theistic religion while still believing in supreme beings..

personally am irreligious because I believe an intelligent designer must have contributed in one way or another to the building of this universe and its content... now this designer, could be from a future/past generation of humans (simulation hypothesis) or from an advanced alien civilization or a higher dimensional being... so I believe in a supreme being, and in fact I think the Bible and Koran have several hints that allude to our universe being created by one of the 3 possibilities above... so it's very possible that ancient religious texts had a point, but the pastors simply could not interpret it properly and ended up misleading billions of people

One of the most ridiculous proposition by Xtianity and Islam is the argument that our God loves us so much, we are even in his image, BUUUT...If we don't do what he wants, he is going to burn us for eternity. This is a completely illogical turn of events, nobody would ever burn his or her creation especially one that he loves... this was obviously added by ancient rulers in an attempt to control the masses and make them submit... also imagine how many people were slaughtered by Christians in Europe and Middle East during those ancient days..... Christianity, Islam and Politics are all one and the same thing, all about controlling the masses through manipulation... my supreme being is watching this...
