I think it is merited. The annulment of the presidential election threw the field open. I know of no law that precludes others from running for president if the results invalidated. But hey, that’s just my opinion.

I also know of none. I actually thought it was very obvious, election annulment means no election happened. So how do you keep him out? … with the current Judiciary however, who knows?

The election was nullified. It means that IEBC did not conduct a proper election and has to re-do it.
It’s a tool to raise money from the NGOs. It isn’t his wish to be in that position but he is dancing the tune of his masters.
