Used electric cars are not like ice cars, watu wa used cars tutakuwa na shida, those batteries will be the biggest undoing, naona the likes of mobius guys reaping big in some years to come.

- Replacing an electric car battery will not cost me a kidney.
- I can swap/upgrade an electric car anyhow I wish,

The truth is the future is not electric, it is another fuel like hydrogen. The furthest we can go electric is a hybrid, the durability of a hybrid car is poor due to the high cost of its batteries hence affecting its resale value. This electric technology will only work for the rich while the poor will steer away from it. Consumers from developing countries who rely on second hand cars (and facilitate the rich to buy new cars) will shy away from this hybrids. This technology is going nowhere till Chinese start manufacturing cheap counterfeit batteries
