With such level of thought I doubt you will be around by then to find out. Good CGI @spear but I do not see the renders of the golf course.

Check on their website, i’m glad to see such great development moving from the usual Nairobi and Mombasa to the counties.

the house design looks good. i like it simplicity and windows for good lighting.

Doesn’t say where it’s going to be placed along the shore. The kisumu golf club is along the shore as well. Haven’t heard a peep about this project and I know a ton of golfers in that area who’d have been excited about this already. And talking about it
