Assume you got 1 tonne of Avocado oil, which industry would buy such weekly? Menengai? KAPA OIL?
I don’t the above two would be interested in avocado oil…It’s a bit niche while their products and business strategy is mass market.
The cosmetics industry is a better candidate…Or perhaps export to China

Everyone is exporting to China as a finished product. Going further and processing to soap, shampoo etc will bring you a better revenue. Then you can export a a finished product.
