I have been having this terrible back pain since Monday. It’s so bad that I can’t sit, stand or walk for long hours like before. My job entails me driving a car almost 7 hours a day you all know that. The other thing is that I feel too often to go for long calls and the muscles on my right hand and right leg feel fatigued and somehow stiff. I had an accident back in 2017 but my I came out unscathed. I gave the hekaya here.

I went to the doctor and suggested an x ray but he turned it down saying it’s not that serious. What could be the problem?

I’d recommend an MRI scan or CT scan (one of those, I am not sure). Most likely you have some tense lower back muscles or the piriformis muscle is weak/strained.

Another possibility is that one of your spinal cord disks is slightly out of place and it’s causing an irritation to the neighboring nerves or muscles.

SOLUTION

For a short-term solution, take a pain killer like Brufen. You can also buy some Deep Heat or any other muscle relaxant.

Long-term solution is therapy. Go to YouTube and search for “lower back pain therapies”. Complete them to correct the root cause of the problem.

If you can afford it, look for a professional physiotherapist or a doctor who is well-versed with these things.
