Wadau,I'm asking if anyone has a guideline for setting up a small min_ bakery pale subcounty.I have a starting capital of Ksh 1.6M,Kuna market kidogo of two schools where they take bread twice a week, that's the main market then zingine Ni small kiosks mtaani, kindly billionaires any pointers will be highly appreciated, especially on the certification ya KBS, Nema etc.

I tried my hand in this business:

1. Bei ya ngano imepanda starting mid dec and is very unstable. Cheap flour akina antelope, jahazi, kifaru, umoja are hard to knead .. don't result in a good dough. Ajab is ajab

3. Streamline your process, don't include what is not necessary, cut costs, offer a loaf to retailers, currently, not more than 40 bob for the 400gm one.. supaloaf and the rest big ones are sold at 45 bob

If you can enable customers to access fresh bread, you will have cornered a niche market that is hard to lose. Few people have tasted fresh bread, and when they do, they rarely go back to stale bread. Also, avoid preservatives and shout about it.
