Some guys are preparing for BBI referendum while others are preparing for 2022 August elections. These guys preparing for BBI referendum might end up being trapped. First of all the BBI referendum no one knows whether it will happen and if does happen at what time. The courts might quash the entire BBI amendment process or the courts might even drag the case to next year close to elections in which it will be impossible to hold BBI referendum unless its done together with elections. The courts might even drag it to after August 2022 elections.
