Sure. The BBI advocates know this... They are mainly relying on Raila and his followers mainly to pas this thing 6 am in the morning... even if they will score 20% of the support in Cendro

When it comes to the Executive only 4 voting blocs matter in this country: Kikuyu, Kalenjin, Luo, Luhya. In that order. The rest ni ugali sosa whether they admit it or not, they add a bit to either side but are rarely the deciding factor for presidency, prime minister, deputies etc. Usually one party has 2 blocs each with other assorted tribes as kachumbari na wakikosana it's a stalemate. Kenya literally grinds to a halt socioeconomically. That's why nusu mkate had to happen in '07 and then came the handshake of 2017. So to say that Central can go f**k themselves, that's just wishful thinking.

Finally getting the info albeit late...MTK rejected this ruBBIsh even before the content was published. They just had to look at the culprits pushing it to know it was suspect. Kamurder:rolleyes: murathe  atwoli :D . A list of covid thugs, grabbers and relathugs pushing for a document to end corruption?! Put in the real problems facing the poor, overtaxation for the middle class etc vs a 10 billion useless report and a further 14 billions for a referendum in these hard times and you get a very bitter population except for the cows off course
