Kenya is truly a very beautiful country

For sure

We need to focus more on this and not the negativity that is all over the media

was the road fixed?

The world is beautiful. Only kibera and places like those are ugly.

Only Kenyans do. The tourists come in and head straight to such places. They have no interests in the cities. Cities are poorly planned.

Rarely has any traffic as it is

Yes but that is not the only reason tourists never flock into Kenyan cities and towns.
Kenyan tourist board are stuck in a time warp! The continue to market and solicit a victorian package that only targets the upper middle class of the western world and that is why you celebrate a sorry 2million visitors per year while a country of similar size to Kenya, with a tourist industry 50 years younger and only 5 percent of the natural attractions you would find in Kenya, are complaining for having not reached their 28 million target last year. That is Thailand for you.
How many school children from Nairobi that have ever spent a day at the Nairobi national park?

Good points. I can write you a book on this. Thailand is a highly developed Tourist country. Ease of travel, hotel booking and cost , medical facilities are not comparible to Kenya. $15 you get a very nice bed and breakfast. Safety no issue. $25 you will be lucky to find you a similar hotel in River Road . Tourism is tied to your infrastructure. That’s why I am only partially critical to Uhuru. I think that he’s trying. In my primary school we got a trip or two. But those were the days when the headmaster truly had your interests than oiling their pockets. But it’s sad when you think about it. You have Masai Mara, Lake Victoria, Mt Kenya and Mt Kilimanjaro… all within driving distance. And we lag. Tourists get bored after 3 days in Egypt. There’s nothing to do. So much to sell about Kenya. So much to see and do.

Yes for sure. Most dislike staying in the city by the way
