Sio hasara juu ni a smart way of moderating my drinking. Beer is not expensive e.g Tuborg ni 250 tu. Mzinga ya kawaida kama Glenfiddich 18 years ni almost 10k. Unless useme wewe ni mtu wa makali which I would highly discourage juu ya health reasons. There is no point ukunywe KC ama Konyagi iko na high alcohol content halafu ujipate hospitali juu ya cirrhosis.
