Getting a self medical cover for your self is is always atricky affair coz insurance companies fear mis use of the cover the best offer you would get ould be expensive as high as 150000 .

I think there is no relationship between quality of service and inpatient cover provider (not unless the insurer is the one picking mama watoto from home to their health facility). The only time u’ll hear the hospital mention ur provider ni wakati mama watoto anaadmittiwa na wakati anakua released (pesa manenos only), the rest of the game is 90% played by the nurses, 10% by the medical doctor. So the nurses are key in the quality of service.
