Best type of bonus?

Was wondering what you look at when you see the various registration/deposit bonuses offered from bookies.

1. Is it the amount you can get that matters e.g 100% up to 2K, 5K or 10K
2. Is it whether you can play singles or multis?
3. Is it the bonus wagering factor thats the main thing like must be played through 3 times, 5 times or 10 times?
4. The minimum odds you have to stake at?
4. Or even something else?

I just look at a website in general. For me, safety is important and that's why I choose proven, recognized bookies.
If they have any bonuses then awesome. But it's not the top priority
