Hii ni ujinga, they should have given the guy extra tomato sauce for free. I don’t think the cost of one satchet would exceed 5-10 bob na duka ya kfc si yako. So why aggravate a customer unnecessarily?
The guys who work at fast food restaurants in Kenya have mental issues. 
I was at Galitos TRM this once and the lady at the counter refused to give me more than 3 serviettes after I had bought a quarter chicken and fries. I was this close to telling her, “ma’am, where I come from, condiments and serviettes are taken at the customers discretion.” Walk into any fast food place in the US, and you will find an entire section with serviettes, pepper, salt, tomato sauce, mayo, mustard, relish, all free for the taking. If you buy a drink, they give you a cup but you can have unlimited soda refills. Most people take one drink and leave. Who wants all that sugar anyway. The people here have a plentiful mindset vis a vis poverty mentality in Kenya.
That incident at Galitos disturbed me for long to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable patronizing their store. If Galitos and kfc are not going broke why should the employees transfer their poverty mentality to customers? Also when you visit the bathrooms at TRM, only one ka box of low quality tissue dispenses at a time. One teeny, tiny box! I consider it as wana and that’s why I carry my own stuff. What are they really saving by being mean with their TP or in this case, tomato sauce? They should just let people enjoy themselves. smh!
