BMW 320i

Hello Wakanda people, nauliseko why is this unit particularly cheap as compared to other exjapan models kama Fielder.Subaru Exiga utapata zinagonga 1point something na 320i inachezea 800k but yet it has a very nice and classy look.

Hakuna mtu anataka kununua mashida. Wenyewe wameteseka so imefika wakati kutupa. They are not bad machines but ukweli usemwe… Maitaining that car and its cousins is not hard ukiwa na pesa. It is expensive. Na mafundi hawazielewi poa. But anyone can own a beemer… And drive it end month. What kind of person are you? A well oiled individual or a mid income individual. If the answe is the latter you can own one but will strain owning it. But hata ukiumia utakuwa na beemer. Same goes for cars abover 2000cc. Nobody wants them.

Guess you are talking cif manenos. Those prices are less import duty. It happens that these units have higher taxes and hence total landed cost is higher than that of the Toyota’s.

Hizi pata net salary ya above 150k hivi utakuwa atleast ready to handle that car bila stress.
Imagine 120k na uko na obligations kadhaa from house to other things. Unabaki na 50k or less. Inaishia kwa gari spares (sio mafuta because hizi huwa economical juu ya better tech). Si heri you drive a subaru and save the money. But 200k net ndio mzuri. Otherwise tucheze tu japan
DISCLAIMER: This is pure conjecture. The writer has no clue how much it would cost to own a beemer nor how much net salary you need to own a car let alone a german beast

My friend who has a bimmer does better n terms of saving on repairs compared to my toyo. But my toyo is more comfortable and can run better because of displacement. Those european cars can be uncomfortable because the are made for smooth highways. Si ya kuruka mawe.

Might be because he uses his less often hence less breakage. And maybe aliangukia gari relatively new or very new.
But kwa fuel economy i know german tech beats japanese tech. So he should do better mpg.
Chunguza umri ya gari na how he uses it

My experience with german imports which are over 8 yrs usijaribu. These cars mileage is way past the 100,000 mark, So warranty is over hence its ready to break. Utanunua water pump, mara gari inakunywa oil, mara electronics vitu minor kama windows hazifunguki which is a nuisance, then tuende costs na availability of parts the list is endless. Kuna day niliwacha passat yangu hapo jogoo road saa 2:00 nikitoka rave, i left it there and went home nikaichukua the nxt day na kuipeleka garage, i sold it at 300k yet it was worth 700k. If i stayed a month without calling my mechanic he used to call me kuuliza kama niliuza gari. Usijaribu kugusa german

Hehe

Kama unataka ku-drive BMW , wewe endesha , ukiskiza birrioneas wa k-talk utaendesha toyota mpaka ikuwe second family name .

Mara ooooh repair , mara ooooh fuel , mara oooh nunua baiskeli ndio itakufaa …

Lakini it’s cheap labda because it’s past 8 years old or mileage is high .

fuel economy hana. the thing is heavy.

That is a funny story:D:D:D

The german machines require nitty gritty handling na sisemi kunyonga pedal to the metal (they are designed for that). What I mean is you have to be articulate, when service is due have it sorted, replace with OEM Parts and a skilled service provider.

Like I have always said shida za waKenya ni 8 year old car mtu bado anasema my New Moti. Ukipata gari kama ni 1.2M na ni loan chukua 1.5M do what you must kuweka hiyo gari spec. Spares za hizi beasts ni more as compared to Toyotas etc kama Tierods za VW Tiguan pale Dobie ni 18K but once umezichange zitakupea milage.

Leo ndiyo nilijua kumbe affrordable vehicles pia siyo mchezo, kuna beste yangu akona Honda Insight-Hybrid haja change plugs since kununua gari (40K kms later).

My school of thought is, if you cannot afford a brand new German car,or at least relatively new, just buy Japan. You will save yourself the headaches of constant trips to your mechanic.Any car older than two years, especially those coming from the east,is just refurbished junk.

Hata toyota spares authenic ni expensive.
What i was just saying is Buy what you need. And what you can afford. Hata @Rene Descartes na @introvert wakiita shaving machine. Tutavumilia tu matusi:D:D. However passo na porte ni ya wamama. Hapo hakuna nego. Are we together?

hehehe very funny. Kuna jamaa beshte ana passat KAQ hii old generation.

acha nitamuuliza how many weekends a month he spends with his mechanic at the garage get-away :D:D

Hizi gari achana nazo, anything german run.

I saw one. Driven by a short bulky guy. He looked so funny. Na hata tint haikiwa nayo. Dashboard ya white. And that stupid design ya kuweka speedo katikati for all to see. Plus that passenger door hunikasirisha. Basically any car with such a speedo. Ndio maana id rather a demio or a fit than the vitz. Just because of that stupid dash. Noa ni ingine poa for roadrip lakini dash ni upuzi na zile last seats ni a joke

sijui niweke emoji gani:D:D:D:D:D
