utaambiwa mara ngapi? Under the Montreal Convention of 1999 ,hio pesa hailipwi kihobela hobela, depends who’s dead. if an airline is found at fault for an accident, each affected passenger is to get a minimum of $170,000 (per passenger)
,but, remember,a CEO and a toddler cannot be paid the same,a slacker like you and a breadwinner are two different entities, unless If it can be proven that an airline did not take all required precautions for a flight; there will be no limit to what a victim can recover.
Boeing is afraid of having the cases prosecuted in the US. They want them heard in Ethiopia and Indonesia because they know of the hammer that will hit them in US courts.
All these high profile US lawyers circling around the victims are not here to collect a measly $170,000.
hadi ikutoke mcoondooni :D:D:D:D good to know you are keeping up with me son.
who said it is/was? weather it was embraer or a tupolev ,rules apply non-the less.I am not talking about Boieng as an entity ,get that checked. When i said “if an airline…” it was as a matter of fact. You brought in the lawyers whilst i was talking about general compensation of airline contretemps, then @Nattydread came tits out. please…re-read my post and get my approach…please
