Bone(s) Pains

It started last week sunday i started to feel pain on bones on my right foot, a few days later my left knee, today i have pains on my shoulder, left and right feet and left knee.
Wadau hii ni shida gani? Am i dying? I was thinking maybe niko na Arthritis but that is an old mans disease maybe gout but i don't think so i don't consume lots of alcohol and proteins.
