The employer is perfectly fine with his performance.

Says plenty about how TZ is ran. Just the other day the CCM Sec-Gen said the minister for Industrialization WILL be sacked because there’s not enough viwanda opening in TZ.

His employer doesn’t know his arse from hiss elbow…

Juzi serikali imepea Diamond plats ambassador wa kuangamiza Ukimwi .

On this one he has a point, the minister is in a position of responsibility onto why he isn’t performing. If nothing substantive comes as a reply why not axe him? That’s the difference between African leadership and competence based leadership. NB: So many Tanzanians look upon the govt for jobs and a better economy working in consortium with other government institutions.

And this should happen here at home too.

Is Kenya being run any better?

Same shit really.

That’s if not worse by konyagi

Not really, sometimes the problem is not the personnel but rather is structural. You can hire and fire as many as you want but unless you address underlying issues, the problem will persist. The key issue in Tz is a hostile business environment and the reputation of Magu as a hot rod is not helping.

ION what is happening with Tz economy, we recently did a survey of our clients there and it’s brutal. We might actually post zero sales huko. it seems everyone is making losses there and is in cash preservation mode. Anyone seen the same?

TZ is a shitty country. The leadership is shitty, the citizens are also shitty. Kenyan leadership is shitty but the wananchi are resilient.
