Building in Marurui

I visited this place and I cannot tell if it is Residential or allows High Rise Buildings?

Kuna mtu anajua.

Visited my friends huko last month, that place is mixed up. Decent residentials are on two gated sections (nothern and eastern sections) most owners consider them to be part of Thome estate ingawa ziko on the Marurui side.
Katikati yao ni uncontrolled development ya flats na residentials, vumbistan kabisa. There is even a ghetto of tin houses that runs along the entire fence of one of the two gated estates inaitwa Thome II if am not wrong.

Plot imefika ngapi huko?

This is a slum area bana

Watu wanaishi na nguruwe na ngombe huko.

On the bypass kuna mtu anauza half acre at KES40,000,000.

Wewe haujui uko

I visit the place every weekend. Hii area ni kama Zimmerman

take your money between Kiambu and Kamiti corner. some fairly decent offers hapo. Thome/ Garden/ Marurui kama hukubuy before the bypass, ngojea ushinde megajackpot

Marurui tunajua ni opposite Thome and Garden Estate.

Ni hiyo. Hizo slums ziko hapo ukiingia

Marurui is uncontrolled, so yes, you can put a highrise there. .

Your standard 40×80 inachezea 4million hapo…kitu ya kuangalia ni usinunue kwa flood zone

My plug…drive a few kilometres down along the bypass, after the decline and across a small bridge, to your left and right, there’re huge parcels of land hapo (5 acre blocks) and 40x80 plots respectively. Inbox for sale details.

The same one entrance to the estate you will find a narrow road with food kiosks on both sides of the road.
