Nimeoana Great wall are selling 3 bedrooms for 2.9M,thati s excluding lawyers fee.So total inakam kitu 3.5.
Pia naeza pata ka plot maguta maguta na hiyo pesa hapo karibu kitengela.But kudevelop inatake a few year.Which is the best option?

Sio kila mahali service charge iko juu. Huku ni kitu 2k since they have many units. Great Wall Gardens is a nice place to start life, but too congested for my liking. Not an ideal place to raise children. But for a 3 bed that is a good deal.

Take it haraka sana. Then start saving an build a nice home to your liking later on, as you save on rent.

I would never be caught dead buying an apartment in KE. Its not really your house if you can't customize anything, have zero privacy, have bothersome neighbors you can't do shiet about in such a high density development, etc. Cartels wakisota wanapasua tuu pipe za maji wanaanza kuwauzia maji (the payoff is huge from thousands of residents)...they know you don't have large-enough tanks. Ukipark gari unapata watoto waliandika on it juu you share parking etc. Its just a terrible investment to have your money tied in. Don't let the low cost of high-density apartments fool you...they are cheap for a reason.

Speaking of water cartels, sometimes i wonder why kama KPC has a pipeline from Mombasa to Eldoret mbona wasiunde huge water pipeline from perennial River Nzoia- Budalangi flood to Ukambani,Turkana, Wajir,Nairobi?,Tana river to Mombasa?

Not the point I was driving to. Utilities are not a standard charge / rate across all developments. Some developments the utilities are higher.
