I am looking to buy a 2 bdm apartment on the outskirts of Nairobi. Is it possible to purchase an apartment( couple of millions) using cash? I do not intend to use a banking system and was wondering what the procedure will be. NB. the money has been legally acquired.

Had considered involving a lawyer in the purchase. I’d need help on how to bank the money and make the transaction. Any idea on the legal fees for such and any methods of finding a trustworthy lawyer?
