Hapa nime patikana.

Faiba are failing themselves big time by launching this service without adequate consumer education.

  1. I would have expected them to have a range of affordable phones in stock at their outlets.

  2. They should have communicated compatibility issues earlier. In my case my phone is just a month old and not compatible. The story would be different if I had the right info.

  3. The Faiba company’s poor Social media communication is also not helping the situation.

Nice read!!!

i think I answered this question many times in previous threads…only the Taiwanese version supports band 28…iyo yako ni international version and international version doesn’t support band 28

I thought 700mhz ni band 17

Yea they are different bands for the 700MHz spectrum…we have band 17 and band 28…hii ya Faiba ni band 28

ulitoa wapi simcard boss?

Enda uper hill Jamii towers opposite Kasneb.

Thanks

There are about 10 phones in the Kenyan market that work on that 700MHz spectrum.
Meaning Faiba will not work for 99% of Kenyans.
I had that list but I lost it.

What about iphone 6s and 7?

All iPhones from iPhone 5 se, iPhone 6 and later models will work.

If you want to find out if your phone can support VoLTE, download Volte checker on App store and thank me later

You are very wrong actually they are a couple…more than ten…
