some background info, the car has already been sold off but I had claimed VAT on the same since it was commercial. I cannot transfer the vehicle as KRA has placed a caveat on the sale until I send copy of the invoice (inclusive VAT) and valuation.i want to minimise the valuation expense. AA were quoting 12k
